Parents/Guardians of a new student to the district will click on the “Create An Account” icon. You MUST have an active Email Address.
EXISITING / RETURNING FAMILIES
(with students that have previously been enrolled.)
Households with returning students from last year. Please login with your username and password that you set up last year. If you have forgotten your password, please use the forgot password. Complete and turn in any needed additional forms or documentation.

Transportation Form – If your student may ride the bus at any time in the school year. Please fill out the form.
Health Forms – only if they apply to your student: PLEASE do NOT send medication to school without Medication Form.
Please contact school office for medication administration form, Asthma Action Plan, Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Emergency form, Seizure Action Plan, Diabetes Individual Health Form or other Health Forms.
