Central Linn School District is seeking written proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for the CTE Building Interior Construction at Central Linn High School, located at 32433 Hwy 228, Halsey, OR 97348.
The Project includes a comprehensive downstairs build-out and interior construction of walls, plumbing, restrooms, office space, classroom spaces, electrical infrastructure, and HVAC systems. Sized for heavy shop loads, the infrastructure will feature base HVAC, general ventilation, dedicated welding exhaust, and woodshop dust collection systems to establish safe, functional shop spaces that support multiple CTE pathways. The Contractor is required to file all necessary Planning and Building Permit Fees. The Work is scheduled to commence no later than August 11, 2026.
