Central Linn School District will be issuing a Request for Proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the seismic retrofit of the existing Central Linn Elementary School Gym and Cafeteria.
All interested contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting scheduled for 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 26th, 2026 at Central Linn Elementary School, 239 W 2nd Street, Halsey, Oregon 97348.
The meeting will include a familiarization tour of the project site.
Construction costs for this project shall not exceed $2,061,353.
The proposals are due on Wednesday, September 11th, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
