Central Linn School District is committed to ensuring that students, families, employees, applicants, volunteers, and community members with disabilities have an equal opportunity to participate in and benefit from District programs, services, activities, facilities, communications, and digital resources. Under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the District may provide reasonable modifications, accessible formats, auxiliary aids, or other services necessary to ensure meaningful access and effective communication.

Anyone who needs disability-related assistance—including access to a District facility, meeting, event, program, document, website content, or communication—may contact the District’s ADA Coordinator. Requests should be made as early as possible so the District has time to arrange appropriate support. Individuals who believe they have been denied access or discriminated against because of a disability may use the District’s ADA grievance procedure. Student-specific educational accommodations are addressed through the District’s Section 504 process, while employees seeking workplace accommodations should contact Human Resources.

The following information reflects current federal requirements for equal access, reasonable modifications, effective communication, an ADA coordinator, and a grievance procedure. The federal guidance is available from the U.S. Department of Justice and the Oregon Department of Education.
