Need a Sports Physical?
SamCare Mobile Medicine will be at the following locations:
Central Linn High School
Friday, August 7, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Central Linn Elementary School
Tuesday, August 18, 2026 – 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Samaritan Health Services will see anyone needing a Sports Physical – NO FEE
Please be sure to bring your filled out sports physical form and eyeglasses if those are needed.
No appointment necessary. First come, first served.
